• Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times, especially if fulfilled from different locations. This is completely normal and your full order will arrive.

9. Shipping Carriers

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we partner with major trusted carriers. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, your order will be delivered via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. The most efficient carrier will be automatically assigned to provide you with the best delivery experience.

10. A Note on Pet Food & Perishable Items

We take extra care when packing pet food, treats, and other consumable products to ensure they arrive fresh and undamaged. If you receive a pet food or treat item that appears damaged, tampered with, or compromised in any way, please contact us immediately at support@pawshelf.com with photos and we will make it right.
